We create tasteful AI product launch videos and SaaS launch films that are fast, hook the audience, and stay conversion-focused — plus branding work, product launches, and rebrand videos. Every frame is designed around a clear story beat: who it's for, why it matters now, and what to do next.
I'm Kailash, a content creator, product designer, and builder based out of Based in BangaloreWorking remotely from India, India. I've been making content for over 6 years and designing products for just as long, including product design work with MNCs and startups. My Instagram sits above 100,000 followers; I recently started on X and it's growing quickly. Motion design is about 1.5 years in, and we've already shipped 30+ launch videos for YC companies and funded startups.
We start with discovery: goals, audience, positioning, and what “success” looks like for this launch. I ask a lot of questions and dig into the product in detail so the video isn't just pretty motion, it's on-message. We'll hop on a few calls, and you can fill out the video questionnaire so nothing important gets missed.
Creating the narrative
From there I shape the story: script, structure, and the hook. The goal here is to align on the overall storytelling before we draw a single frame. You can bring a draft, or I can write one from scratch. A short written outline often unlocks that alignment faster than jumping straight into boards. See an example writeup.
Low-fidelity storyboard
Rough frame-by-frame sketches on iPad: fast, loose, and easy to rewrite. The goal is to align on overall direction and the overall animations: pacing, shot order, and how the piece moves, before anything looks “final.” View a low-fi example.
High-fidelity storyboard
Those sketches become a polished board in Figma where we go into the details: almost frame by frame, looking at typography, UI, color, and composition. This is mainly to avoid reworks. Once motion is done in After Effects, changes get time-consuming, so it's better to settle those details in the storyboard phase and save us both time. View a Figma example.
Motion in After Effects
The board becomes a full motion piece: timing, easing, sound design cues, and the final export ready for X, Instagram, your site, or a launch deck.
Timeline
Most projects land in about 2.5-3.5 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on feedback speed and how ready assets are when we start.
Pricing
Typical range is $3,500-$10,000 per video. The quote usually hinges on three things:
Duration: a 30s piece and a 60s piece are different scopes of writing, boards, and motion.
Assets: do you already have product UI, brand files, and a designer who can partner, or do we need to design screens and assets from scratch?
Motion complexity: simple kinetic type vs. dense UI choreography, 3D-ish camera moves, or multi-scene storytelling.
Starting slabs
30 seconds$3,500Tight hook + one clear story beat
45 seconds$4,500-$5,000Full narrative arc with product moments
50-60 seconds$6,000+Richer motion, more scenes, higher finish
60+ seconds / complex$7,000-$10,000Custom assets, heavy UI motion, multi-beat launches
Final quote depends on asset readiness and motion complexity.
for duration-based starting slabs.
Packages & retainers. Booking three videos for one launch usually lands around 10-15% off versus three one-offs. A monthly retainer (e.g. 2 videos / month) typically runs 15-25% off list, with priority scheduling. Larger bulk (4+) is quoted case-by-case. Happy to structure something that fits a launch calendar.
AI & SaaS launch video FAQ
Straight answers on AI product launches, SaaS launch films, branding, and rebrand videos.
What kinds of launch videos do you make?
We make AI product launch videos, SaaS launch videos, product launch films, branding pieces, and rebrand videos. AI product launches and SaaS launches are a core focus — clear story, sharp product beats, and conversion-minded pacing.
What is an AI product launch video?
An AI product launch video introduces an AI product or feature with a hook, a plain-language problem, and concrete product moments — usually for a landing page, launch campaign, or social. The best ones make the capability feel real without drowning viewers in jargon.
Do you make SaaS launch videos?
Yes. SaaS launch videos are a core offering: product launches, feature drops, and brand films for software teams. We typically work with funded startups and Series A–C companies that need a tasteful cut for ads, site, or GTM moments.
How much does a startup launch video cost?
Most tasteful startup launch videos land between $3,500 and $10,000 depending on length, asset readiness, and motion complexity. A focused 30-second piece often starts around $3,500; denser 50–60s work with custom UI motion runs higher.
How long does a product launch video take to make?
A typical product launch video takes about 2.5–3.5 weeks from discovery to final delivery. Timeline depends on feedback speed, how ready brand and product assets are, and whether storyboards need major revisions before After Effects.
